My Story
I started my career in the automotive manufacturing industry, from Finance Controller to Project Director, I implemented new systems, optimized old processes and consolidated all financials for the shareholders. Setting up new entities or manufacturing plants in various countries such as Belgium, France or Turkey I could lead complex implementations in complicated political environments. Adaptable and patient, I built the first private industrial museum in France working jointly with retirees and active employees.
Thanks to strong management skills, I set up a few legal entities in the healthcare industry, influencing Health Ministries in the Middle East to change their licensing processes.
Managing both small and big teams, I could develop multi-country shared platforms across the UAE, South Africa and Portugal with over 2,000 medical professionals. Restructuring the business during various oil and gas crises, I also took care of evaluating future acquisitions of the company's main competitors and, in some of them, driving their integration into the Group. Rapidly I developed ERP skills to manage all our operations and ended up in charge of the digital transformation of the Group in which I had worked in for 15 years.
I drove the data collection and analytics agenda, developed patient focus applications and designed the Group Digital strategy with teams across the globe. Lately, I assisted a dozen of SMEs to set up their business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from greenfield to full operational
